He was a son of a wealthly bussiness owner but at the young dragon age of 8 both of his parents was murdered by mobsters and at the time Ruben's Parents also had a baby girl that was Ruben's sister named Ruby. Ruby was given to child care but Ruben decided that he can fend for himself and he soon went into the streets. at the dragon age of 22 he was finally arrested for petty theft of a batch of fruit. When locked up thats is when he meet Platinum Tensaug the Royal son of Troyz. When being sentenced to death one of the Elders decided to intervine and lighten the sentence to community service by join their "peacekeeping" team that they where creating.
FEATS:
Hard and Spiked Scales- To another Dragon it would feel as smooth as skin but to a human one touch or feel of his scales would leave a nasty cut.This would also help prevent injuries from small calibeir bullets
